The Maringouin, restaurant and speakeasy, located within The Roost, is the exclusive food and beverage provider for all gatherings held on The Roost property. Their culinary team offers thoughtfully crafted menus and beverage selections designed to complement your celebration.

Weddings at The Roost require a two-night minimum buyout of the entire property, including all guest suites and event spaces. As part of the wedding buyout, Maringouin must also be exclusively reserved for the wedding for at least one night, allowing you and your guests to enjoy a truly private and immersive celebration throughout the property.
